Meet the Team

After many successful years in regional management in some the UK’s biggest companies, delivering wellness for millions of customers all around the world, Steve brings solid support to an already amazing high functioning team. Steve, much like our reliable trailers, has a knack for keeping things refreshingly cool and ensuring a smooth customer journey. When Steve’s not chilling with Coolio he loves hiking and walking around the Brecon beacons with his Dog Cooper, and spending time with his family and friends over a nice home cooked meal.

After many years of working in the railway industry, Reg decided that it was time to go ‘off the rails’ and make a change. Dedicated to maintaining the highest standard of Team Refrigeration Customer service, Reg is an invaluable member of our team. No challenge is too big or small for Reg, always a cheerful voice on the end of the phone with a great passion for helping people to solve their cold storage problems.

Wayne started his career in the Army at the age of sixteen and spent twelve years there before leaving with an exemplary record. Prior to joining Team Refrigeration in May 2023, Wayne worked at The University of Buckingham for several years. Outside of work, Wayne enjoys watching rugby and is an avid supporter of Northampton Saints. When not cheering on his team you might find him clay pigeon shooting for recreation and competition, exploring new travel destinations, or undertaking a variety of DIY projects around the home and garden.

Laila joined the team in May 2023, bringing her passion for exceptional customer service and a commitment to going the extra mile for customers. With six years of experience at a leading hardware and tools company, she quickly became a valuable member of the Team Refrigeration, enjoying both the work and the camaraderie. In her free time, Laila loves engaging in arts and crafts, with a special fondness for 3D origami.

Ricky, the Managing Director, is the team’s cool conductor in the lively world of mobile refrigeration. He ensures smooth sailing and safeguards Coolio, our polar bear, maintaining a frosty calm in the face of everyday hurdles.

Hazel is in charge of letting people know just how cool mobile refrigeration is. “So many people don’t yet know how much easier life can be when you can have all the refrigerated space you need without huge capital expense.” she says. She’s doing what she can to spread the word.
